Spring is back and the Lex Out Loud Comedy Series is in bloom with our tenth FREE show at Pivot Brewing on Tuesday, March 26th, brought to you by LiveWire Entertainment!
Our tenth installment of the Lex Out Loud Comedy Series is proudly headlined by celebrated Chicagoan, Chris Damen! Since 2010, Chris Damen has been traveling the world telling his unique, personal, absurd humor for any audiences or random vagabond who will listen. He’s participated in many indie comedy festivals, on three continents and was the first comic to headline an English language show in Uruguay. When he’s not performing on the road, Chicago is his home, and on every Friday hosts the popular open mic Power Hour! which has been covered by Bloomberg.com.
Joining the stage, Katy Bevins pays us a visit from Louisville, by was of Eastern Kentucky. Humble as she is crass, Katy has declined to namedrop her achievements and many performances in the region. Rather, she can be found on Sirius XM when not perusing the aisles of your local Dollar Tree.
Jake Doran, out of Cincinnati, is a club regular at the Commonwealth Sanctuary, and the in-house drummer for most shows when he’s not on them himself. Jake has a sarcastic and unique look on things like substance abuse, anxiety, and finding what’s funny in the mundane. Follow him at @jakobi_doran to find out upcoming dates!
Greg Brown started his stand-up career at the ripe age of twelve, when he lost his Junior High talent show to an 8th grade baton twirler. Having performed in both Ohio and Kentucky, he has shown time and again that he’ll bomb anywhere. Greg is a movie freak, a comedy stan, and does not like brussel sprouts.
Big Dumb Chris is a Southeast Kentucky comedian with a penchant for getting himself into situations he should never talk about. But he does and it’s hilarious! Chris does comedy all over the midwest and most recently appeared at Broadway Comedy Club & Libery NYC in Manhattan, NY and frequently appears at Comedy Off Broadway in Lexington, Louisiville Comedy Club & The Caravan in Louisville.
