Lexington Science Festival
Five day city-wide festival ends with "Wind" at Pivot on Friday, Feb 25, 6-9 pm. Interactive presentations taking a closer look at science in everyday life .

Ongoing and Past Outreach
Pivot is honored to help with Ironcology’s Survive the Night Relays. This race raises funds for the family needs of cancer patients and includes an overnight, team-based Ironman distance triathlon and a team-based marathon.
Mask Sewing Campaign
We worked with volunteers from UK and the Woodford County Extension Office to supply materials for more than 500 masks during the late spring.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Do you enjoy working with numbers, and are you looking to work within a small team to help something grow?
Do you want to help bring people together and contribute to your community?
If so, Pivot Brewing Company would like your help. We are seeking a Director of Finance based out of Lexington, KY.
You will need to be organized, good with spreadsheets, and knowledgeable in bookkeeping and Quickbooks.
As our Director of Finance, you will be filling a key position at Pivot. You will:
- maintain the books and finances;
- oversee our IT resources;
- ensure regulatory compliance and handle excise tax and TTB filings;
- manage our facilities;
- administer payables and receivables; and
- assist with human resources.
Let us know if the Director of Finance position sounds like a good fit. We have a salary target of 41,000 – 65,000 for this position, including base pay, bonuses, and retirement match.
You will be joining the crew at Kentucky’s solar-powered cidery and brewery. We opened our Lexington facility in 2016, and we are currently opening a taproom in Louisville. Our products are distributed to retailers throughout KY and shipped across the US. We make great beverages, but we also focus on the well-being of our community and the environment.
