Headlining the evening is Blake Hammond! A fat and loud (his words, not ours) comedian from Cincinnati, Ohio, Blake is a staff writer for the nationally syndicated morning show, Bob and Tom, while his fat and loud comedy has also found a home at Audible.com. He was a featured performer on the 2018 Limestone Comedy Festival and, in 2023, was accepted into Skankfest in Las Vegas. Blake has opened for Patton Oswalt, Mark Normand, Kyle Kinane, and Doug Stanhope. Most recently, his first fat and loud comedy special titled “Blake 182” was released on YouTube. Joining the stage are two of Louisville’s funniest, Katy Bevins and Dusty Carter. Dusty has enjoyed success as a “Funniest Person in Louisville” finalist and winner of “The Lab Comedy Competition.” Humble as she is crass, Katy has declined to namedrop her achievements and many performances in the region. Rather, she can be found on Sirius XM when not perusing the aisles of your local Dollar Tree.
And finally, it would be a shame not to incorporate two of Lexington’s own on a hometown show. Jon Bass and Sebastian Zabala round out our cast for the Lex Out Loud Comedy Series!
